Automatic pullet cages information

1.8m*0.6m*0.45 (length*width*height) cage is for raising chicks from 0-105 days. Mesh

is made of Q235 Al-Zn alloy wire. (10%Al, 275g/m² Zn ) .  The cage is equipped with a

soft plastic cushion to enhance comfort. Ensure the best anti-rust performance and no

hurt to chicks. Spring cage door can be operated with one hand, facilitating convenient

vaccination and efficient transfer of chickens.

The troughs are made of Al-Zn-Mg alloy plate(zinc thickness=275g/m²,  Al11%,Mg3%

). Integrated steps are positioned behind the trough, allowing even very young chicks

easy access to feed.

Middle support: Farmrob adopts professional laser cutting machine, bending techniques

and other machines to process raw material into middle support, precisely controlling

product quality. It has strong bearing capacity and hard deformation performance. The

surface is smooth and not rough and size is 40mm*30mm*40mm. Material is 440 Mg-

Al-Zn alloy, zinc layer thickness: 275g/m², (Al l0%, Mg 3%). 

Adjustable devices

1.The feeding plate adjusting device allows for automatic adjustment on both sides of

each layer, making it suitable for poultry at various growth stages. Its patented structure

ensures that the height is consistent from front to back with minimal error.

2.The water line regulating linkage is installed on each tier and designed to

accommodate poultry at various growth stages. Each line is fitted with 1 to 3 soft

connections to effectively prevent pipe deformation. Alloy adjustment components are

used to maintain a consistent waterline height across all levels.
